BOOKING PROCEDURE

Booking Confirmation - A booking can only be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total rental cost. Please see the refund policy below.

Balance Payment - The full balance is due no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival at the property. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid for in full in advance.

Change and cancellation charges:
• More than 2 months prior to arrival - full refund
• 30-59 days prior to arrival - 50%
• 29 days prior to arrival - 100%

Cancellation by TheVillaGoa - In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation we shall refund the full amount.

Payments - Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or Credit Card (bank charges for credit card payments to be born by the guests).

Taxes - Local Government taxes are applicable and subject to change without notice.

Security deposit - . A security/damage deposit of ₹25,000 will be required to cover the unlikely event of damages or breakages. This is payable in cash only at check-in and will be returned at check-out less the cost of any damages. We reserve the right to retain the security deposit to pay for damages, breakages or thefts during your stay at the villa. Should the security deposit prove inadequate to fully cover the costs that may arise, we reserve the right to invoice you for the balance within 30 days of the end of the rental period, or at such other time to allow the total cost to be determined.

Transfers - Transfers can be organised in an air-conditioned Toyota Innova (infant car seat available).

Check out and arrivals - In order to help with a smooth handover arrival time is 14.00 hrs and departure 11.00 hrs. If these times cause you difficulty, please advise us at the time of booking. We may not be able to make any changes later.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Travel insurance - It is a strict policy requirement that all members of your party have comprehensive travel insurance. We may require a copy of your policy.

Accidents - TheVillaGoa (Vianaar Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.) cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred by any persons, guests and visitors, whilst on the Property. The use of the swimming pool is at the guests’ own risk.

Sound pollution and behaviour - The sound pollution law in Goa is very strict. It is prohibited by the law to play loud music after 10pm. We don't allow music to be played after 10pm. The guests must accept responsibility not to act as nuisance or cause damage to the premises. The guests are not permitted to use the Property for illegal or immoral purposes. The use of drugs is against the law in India. If any guest is found to be playing loud music or using drugs you will be required to vacate the property immediately. You will not be entitled to any refund.

Smoking - Is allowed outside the villas, in the gardens, on the terraces and veranda. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. If there is evidence of smoking in a room the charge will be ₹10,000 per room for de-odorising and cleaning.

Family/Group - You cannot allow more people to stay in the Property or change the makeup of the party without our advance agreement. The cost for unregistered guests is ₹30,000 per person per night.

Security and health & safety - In the interests of your security and privacy, only registered guests and the staff of The Villa Goa are permitted in the grounds and the property.

Identification - At the time of booking we will require the names and ages of all the members of the party and the residential addresses of the lead guest. On arrival we are required by law to collect identification.
For Indian Nationals: Each member of the party should bring photo ID proof: Passport, Driving License, Aadhar card.
For Non Indian Nationals: Each member of the party should carry their passport with a valid Indian visa
